Anthony Wong
Principal Clarinet
Anthony Wong was born in Hong Kong and graduated from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts in 1997. He received his Master in Music degree from the State University of New York in 1999. His mentors include Martin Choy, Michael Campbell, Ayako Oshima and Charles Neidich. Currently travelling internationally as a soloist, chamber musician, orchestral player and educator, he has performed with the Guangzhou Symphony Orchestra, the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, the Asian Youth Orchestra and with the Academy of St Martin-in-the-Fields for the 1997 Hong Kong handover celebrations. He is regularly invited as a Guest Principal Clarinet with the Macau Orchestra and the Hong Kong Sinfonietta and is a founding member of the Hong Kong Wind Kamerata. He has appeared as a chamber musician at the Norfolk Chamber Music Festival at the Yale School of Music, the Musicarama Contemporary Music Festival, Le French May Arts Festival and the ISCM World Music Days, and in collaboration with members from the New York Woodwind Quintet, the Hamburg New Music Ensemble, the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra Orchestra and the Luxemburg Sinfonietta. Anthony Wong became a founding member and Principal Clarinet of City Chamber Orchestra of Hong Kong in 2000. He is currently a faculty member of The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, The Chinese University of Hong Kong and The Education University of Hong Kong. He is regularly invited to give masterclasses and workshops in Thailand and to adjudicate at competitions in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
黃智輝
首席單簧管
黃智輝生於香港，1997年於香港演藝學院畢業後，赴美國紐約州立大學深造，以優異成績獲得碩士學位。他的導師包括蔡國田、簡博文、大島文子及奈迪克。黃智輝以單簧管獨奏家、室內樂演奏家及管弦樂團團員身份亮相於國際舞臺，曾與廣州交響樂團、香港管弦樂團、亞洲青年交響樂團及聖馬田室樂團同台演出。他多次獲邀擔任香港小交響樂團與澳門室樂團的客席單簧管首席。黃智輝以室內樂演奏家身份參與多個國際音樂節，包括耶魯大學的Norfolk室內樂音樂節、香港音樂新文化、法國五月節及國際現代音樂節。他亦曾與紐約木管五重奏、奧費斯室樂團、芝加哥交響樂團、漢堡新音樂合奏團、及盧森堡小交響樂團等成員合作演出。黃智輝於2000年加入香港城市室樂團為單簧管首席。除了頻繁的演出外，他亦於香港演藝學院、香港中文大學音樂系及香港教育大學任教，更於泰國舉辦大師班及工作坊及於香港及台灣的音樂比賽擔任評審。
