from all URBTIX outlets 4-6 weeks prior to the scheduled concert.
URBTIX outlets are situated at LCSD performance venues, Tai Kwun, Hong Kong Arts Centre, Youth Square, HKICC Lee Shau Kee School of Creativity, Tom Lee Music Co. Ltd. (Wan Chai & Tsim Sha Tsui Branch) and Parsons Music Store (Yau Tong Branch).

Note: Tickets purchased from URBTIX cannot be refunded or exchanged by CCOHK unless the concert has been cancelled and in which case subject to evidence of ticket purchase within a two-month deadline of the cancelled concert.
Masterclasses
Tickets to observe our masterclasses are only available through our office. Booking forms can be downloaded from here. Tickets can also be purchased at the door prior to the masterclass but
subject to availability on a first-come-first-served-basis.
School, Corporate & Group Bookings
All year round CCOHK offers advanced group bookings with a 20% discount for
eight (8) tickets and above per concert. Tickets are subject to availability at the time of request.
