Marketing Manager (Full-time)

Duties include executing and monitoring the orchestra’s marketing, subscription and ticket

sales plan, press relations, production and proofreading of marketing materials and press

releases, audience development and fund raising.

Assistant Project Manager (Full-time)

Duties include concert and event planning, stage management, scheduling, ticketing and

managing of all the orchestra’s logistical and technical requirements. Detailed knowledge of

the working practices of a professional orchestra is essential. The candidate should be a

keen and reliable team player, detail orientated, capable of handling stress, and able to

work well under little supervision. He/she should possess extremely strong co-ordination

and organizational skills, and be capable of working simultaneously on several projects at a

time. A flexible schedule with occasional evening and weekend work is required.

 Able to interpret orchestrations and stage plans

 Ability to participate in the moving of instruments and stage apparatus

 Advanced IT skills

 Excellent spoken and written English

 Excellent social and interpersonal skills

 Honest, helpful, punctual and reliable

 Be able to speak and read Cantonese

Project Intern (Full-time Project Basis, Jan-April 2019)

Duties include assisting in the organization of a musical. The candidate must be an all-

rounder, willing to learn and work flexible hours including occasional evening work.

 Helpful, reliable and good at team work

 Result orientated, hard-working and self-motivated

 Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese

 Advanced IT skills

 Some musical theatre experience preferred

Job commencement date: February 2019.
